Proverbs 3:27 - Do Good When It Is in Your Power

The Call to Do Good

Proverbs 3:27 gives us a simple but powerful instruction about how we should treat others. God does not want us to ignore opportunities to help when we have the ability to do something good.

The verse says, "Withhold not good from them to whom it is due." This reminds us that kindness should not be delayed when we have the opportunity to show it. Proverbs 3:27 reminds us that kindness is not something we should postpone when we have the opportunity to show it. God has blessed each of us with different abilities and resources, and He calls us to use them to bless others.
