  Streams in the Wasteland Isaiah 43:18,19 "Forget The Former Things; Do Not Dwell On The Past.  See, I Am Doing A New Thing! Now It Springs Up; Do You Not Perceive It? I Am Making A Way In The Desert And Streams In The Wasteland.      Isaiah 43:18–19 is a powerful call from God to release the weight of the past and look forward to the new work He is doing. The Israelites had experienced failure, rebellion, captivity, and disappointment. Yet God tells them not to stay stuck in what was. He invites them to lift their eyes and see the fresh path He is preparing.      God knows how easily our past mistakes, hurts, and losses can hold us back. But His message is clear: You don’t live there anymore. He is not limited by what happened before.   Forget the Past and Press On Philippians 3: 13, 14   Brothers, I Do Not Consider Myself Yet To Have Taken Hold Of It. But One Thing I Do: Forgetting What Is Behind And Straining Toward What Is Ahead,  I Press On Toward The Goal To Win The Prize For Which God Has Called Me Heavenward In Christ Jesus.        Life is a journey filled with victories, failures, lessons, and growth. In Philippians 3:13–14, Paul gives us a powerful reminder on how to run our spiritual race with focus and purpose. He says, “Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal…”      Paul knew that dwelling on the past—whether it was past mistakes, past achievements, or past seasons—could hold a believer back.
